[...] ONE MORE THING: If your microformat is hidden (via CSS or otherwise), it will no longer display in Operator by default! You need to turn on the “show hidden microformats” preferences. See this post. [...]

Firefox 3 has Microformats APIs, but nothing in the user interface.

Coming up with the right UI has been problematic.

Kate:

Actually, that can be a problem. Basically if you end up with a situation where vcf files are not handled in your registry, you get the problem you found.

Solution is to make outlook reregister itself as a vcard handler.

Hi there,

On a different note and apologies for getting off track - will the issue of problems with Outlook 2007 be addressed? I had Outlook 2002 and Operator was working fine to display info in Outlook, but once 2007 was installed Operator fails to open up Outlook and just displays the vCard on a browser page instead. I posted on the Mozilla extensions page for Operator but thought you may check here more regularly.

I'd be appreciative of any advice you may have on this problem. I am currently hoping to implement hCard on an Organisation's staff pages and this issue has proven to throw a little spanner in the works.

Thanks :)

> The case where DOMContentLoaded happens without
> pageshow is the display of error messages like
> when you put in a bad URL.

This is a bug, imo. This should fire pageshow. Is it filed?

> If I am wrong, someone please correct me.

How does your setup handle subframe navigations? e.g. toplevel page loads, then user clicks a link in a frame that loads a new page in that frame (but not toplevel window).
